- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★August 16, 2019, by Robert OwenPaul James started Wave Connects several years ago and I have used them a few times for home theatre customization and programming remotes, etc. Whether it's Paul or one of his staff (Kevin Brown), they are always professional, on time, EXTREMELY knowledgable and very good explainers. I am somewhat technically challenged. Recently I needed some tv and receiver, etc., programming done for a new guest house I had built. I called Wave Connects and Kevin arrived. After wiring everything up, he patiently explained the new remote process to me four times! He even followed up with an email suggestion. Any time I have a question about my systems, they are available over the phone and the problem (usually my confusion) is resolved quickly. Great honest company with a high degree of cutting edge technical knowledge. It's nice to have a company you know will fix any problem and do it right the first time for a reasonable cost. It doesn't get any better than Wave Connects, in my opinion.
